I contacted JLD initially for an air source heat pump installation in our refurbished and extended home. John was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and very quickly we felt comfortable and instructed him. Even though we had to delay as the build took longer than expected, John kept to his pricing and showed great patience. In the end, John installed the underfloor heating, the bathrooms and all the associated plumbing and heating and to an incredibly high standard. A year on and we have had zero problems and nothing but compliments from visitors. I would thoroughly recommend John.

Very High Quality Work John was recommended by a friend who only accepts the highest standard of work. Knowing that I needed an unvented cylinder fitted in a tight space I wanted to ensure that the install was neat and tidy and more importantly safe. John certainly did this and the cost came in under quote. Communitcation before and after the job was very good and any issues that arose were discussed with me to agree the best way forward. We now have high pressure hot water throughout the house giving a great shower and filling the kitchen sink in 20 seconds rather than 2 minutes.

With an awkward small ensuite with a sloping ceiling in need of a full refit John came up with a fantastic design incorporating a wet room. He worked with great attention to detail taking on board our requests and finished the job to a very high standard Including the plumbing, joinery and tiling. We are delighted with the finished en suite.

John serviced my ashp. He was very knowledgable and thorough and did a wonderful job. He is a very nice friendly man and takes great pride in his work. I would definitely recommend him and will be using him for any further jobs.
