James was upfront with cost and problems he could see. Explained how he could complete and how long it would take. agreed a start date and arrived on time. all work completed on time and within price agreed. James was easy to have around and was happy to discuss what he was doing and how it was going. completed work on time to a very good standard. would happily hire again.

We had 1 wall completely replastered due to a poor job done by the previous owners, as well as some minor repairs to some other walls throughout the house. James was prompt, friendly and his work was great, we're very happy. He was very communicative from booking through to completion, provided tips for addressing other areas of the house, and was priced very competitively (with no surprises in the final bill). Would absolutely recommend, and will definitely book him again if we require any further work

James has undertaken plastering and cladding repairs for me. He has been great at discussing the projects and quoting fairly. He is a likeable and caring person. He cleans up after his work and has provided photos of his work and methodology on cladding repair, as I requested.

James at J. L Decor completely plastered my kitchen ceiling and walls, skimming them with work of the highest quality. The finish is perfectly smooth and you can see the care he takes in his work. It's been great speaking with James about the renovation project I'm undertaking. He's happy to share advice and clearly knows his stuff and has all sorts of experience. I'll be getting James back soon to plaster the bathroom as I know he'll deliver the goods.

James was friendly, reliable and easy to communicate with. The job was competitively priced and although the initial job was painting 2 bedrooms, we asked him to schedule in our hallway and bathroom. He worked efficiently and the job was done to a high standard. He cleaned up after each day and was very considerate in the house. I would happily recommend him or take him on for future work.
