Washing machine was completely filled with water and not draining, the engineer drained the machine and identified that the sink was blocked which was causing the issue. He advised that this will need dealing with separately otherwise the same will happen again. Communication in advance of getting to the job was good and while on the job he was very helpful in explaining things.

Our NEFF dishwasher was showing an E15 error code. Jamie was quick to communicate and diagnose the likely issue. He came out the next day, on time and fixed the issue rapidly and diligently. Would highly recommend.
