  Justin arrived on time for both the quote and to do the works, he gave me a full explanation of what was involved and the cost and was very prompt in getting back to me and answering my queries and came on the agreed date. When carrying out the work he was very respectful and the room was left clean and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending Justin and will certainly be using him for any electrical works in the future.

  Very fickle and unreliable company.

  They said that they turned up to do the work but decided to go away again because they would have had to pay for parking and they were not prepared to do that.. How feeble is that? If they had intended to show up and do the work all they needed to do was contact me and give me the opportuniy to agree to pay for their parking. Very fickle and unreliable company.

  I went to the job in question on Thursday as arranged but tenant could not be there so I moved to Friday but a road was closed due to roadworks and the nearest parking was quarter of mile away .Also I was there to quote only not to carry any works .

  Justin was very professional from start to finish. He communicated clearly, arrived on time, and made sure everything was done to a high standard. It was clear he takes pride in his work and was more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy. Highly recommended!
