James's team removed a load-bearing wall and installed a steel beam so we could open up our off-shot kitchen into the dining room. They plastered and reinstalled skirting boards and ceiling cover. James was incredibly responsive, helpful and flexible with availability. He also advised with building control. The work was done quickly and to a very high standard, and his guys were very friendly and tidied up after themselves. Have already recommended him to friends looking for a reliable and high quality builder.

My daughter and son-in-law recently had a new bathroom fitted by James Lazenby Construction Ltd. The work carried out was to a high standard, with very courteous staff. But praise must go towards the design that James created. The bathroom is very small, but he managed to fit in a modern power shower enclosure, complete with towel radiator, toilet and sink with vanity unit.

Fast and efficient service, very reasonably priced and professional communication. Fitted two anti-ram driveway bollards, would definitely recommend.

Work undertaken = re-wire, re-plumb, kitchen moved from offshot to dining room, new kitchen and utility fitted, new bathroom fitted, gutters, bay window replaced. James was quick to quote, flexible and incredibly can-do. The work was done to a high standard. Additionally, James and team were quick to remediate any issues as they were brought to their attention. Our only minor complaint was that the project took longer than we were told it would. Overall, we're incredibly happy with the end result.

Fantastic service from start to finish. James and the team have done a fantastic job on our house. Removal of a chimney breast, knock out downstairs walls, new bifold doors, plastering and electrics. The team turned up when they said (the date they gave us three months in advance!) despite covid and materials shortages, and worked hard every day. Nothing was too much trouble, they cleaned up every day, and the tradesmanship was first class. This is the first job we’ve had done where there was not one bit of stress! Thanks so much!
