    Cooker heating element broken

    So glad we went on to Check A Trade & chose JL Appliances for this job. Their engineer came out the day after we'd found an issue with our cooker. He established the problem, ordered the part & 3 days later, cooker fixed, exceptional service

    Washing Machine was leaking

    Tom, came round, very polite, cheery and very good at his job. He kept us up to speed with the job as it was not as straight forward as first thought. Will 100% use Tom and JL Appliances again. Thank you for a great job and no fuss.

    Very helpful with what was needed to be done,job was booked in within a couple of days as parts where needed & then the guy who came to do the job was very pleasant, got straight to work and had the part fitted in no time.. very happy with this company

    Excellent service.

    Extremely impressed and pleased with our repair. Neff oven elements failed, possible lack of use, be warned! We chose JLAppliances as it was local and the reviews were positive. We were not disappointed. Very fast response; clear understanding of the technical problem. Very good advice and oven up and running in two days. Delighted! Advised to use the oven regularly.
