Excellent communication when requesting a quote and Jer arrived when he said he would to quote. Once we booked him for the work, the scaffolding was up in a few days. The weather meant he couldn’t start for a week but as soon as there was a gap in the rain, he arrived early and got on with the job with no issues. The roof looks so much better now, which puts my mind at ease as it was a job we couldn’t avoid for much longer! They even took down an old aerial that was not working which was very helpful! Would definitely recommend JK roofing if you need any roofing needs.

Jerry did an excellent job from start to finish. He communicated clearly and promptly, he quoted the day after I got in touch and started work just a week or so later. He provided all the materials, was very sympathetic to our situation with a newborn arriving at the same time as our roof started to leak, he prioritised our job and was zero hassle. Jer has been absolutely great and I offered to write a review without hesitation. He's redone my bathroom roof with removal of old slates, battens, underlay, installation of new membrane, battens, slates, lead work and Velux window replacement. Jer organised the scaffolding at short notice and kept me informed while I was away on holiday. Tremendous, thanks :-)

Jer is a honest roofer and have done an amazing job in fixing my roof issues. He's offers a fair price and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. He always makes time to check out and climb up on our roof, take pictures and informs me of the issues.

Jer was extremely pleasant and professional. Communication was good and prompt, and the quote was very reasonable. He clearly new his stuff, and despite some issues (as the windows he was replacing were so old) he did a fantastic job. I would use him again if I needed similar work completed.

We have a very old house with complicated roofs. Jer did a great job re-roofing all our roofs and was diligent when there were unforeseen issues not of his making. Jer really cares about doing a good job and is very skilled. He is trustworthy and reliable.
