J Kirby is a fantastic company to deal with, I'll call them a pleasure. Professional, reliable and always do a great job. They always go that little bit further for their customers, which includes recommendations for other excellent trades people! We wouldn't use any other company. We give them 10/10 and the rest....They're all also a genuinely nice bunch of people......5 Stars.

The folks at J Kirby were instructed to install an EV charger at our office premises in Hove. Great service at always - they kept up in the loop with when the job was booked in for and the installation was carried out to a prompt and tidy standard. Thank you!

They quoted acutely and turned up when said. Workmen, especially Nathan, were very polite and cleaned up after themselves

Terrible Experience with J Kirby Electrical Ltd AVOID!!! I had a very disappointing experience with J Kirby Electrical Ltd. They were hired to conduct an EICR and complete necessary repairs, but they only did the inspection and failed to fix the issues. Worse, they caused damage to both the ground floor plasterboard and the 2nd-floor wood paneling. They acknowledged the damage to the plasterboard but ignored the rest. Despite providing evidence and repeatedly explaining the situation, they tried to bill us for the incomplete job and then sent the matter to a debt collection agency. AVOID!!!!

Completely professional - kept informed at every stage of the works. Could not fault the customer service provided ..... Toby and Michelle particularly went the 'extra step' to provid first class service.  We would highly recommend the company and use them for future requirements..... Thank you very much

This company was superb in all regards. Quality of work excellent, very professional, quote was accurate and superb communications all round. There was one area in which they were due to come back to me and didn't which was a disappointment, so I mark them down very slightly on that. But aside from that I would certainly recommend them and would use them again for any electrical work.
