James came to the house less than 2 hours after I called and diagnosed the problem straight away. He had a suitable replacement part with him and was able to fix the toilet leak on the spot. James installed my replacement kitchen tap within 4 hours of posting the job! He was a great chap, and it was fantastic he could resolve my issue so quickly after I woke up with no cold water from the kitchen tap!
