    John was great from start to finish. He was in constant contact with me and even asked if he could help me with measuring the room. John called a few days beforehand to confirm the time which was reassuring as I've been let down by others in the past. I was sent before, during and after photos and videos. John is extremely friendly and I would recommend him to anyone!

    I'll be adding John to my list of trusted local tradespeople. He came at short notice to stretch a water-damaged carpet and did an outstanding job. He is clearly very experienced, and was honest about the outcomes. He communicated clearly, didn't try to overinflate the work, and charged a fair price. He even went above and beyond to help move back some heavy furniture, which I would have otherwise struggled with. A pleasure to deal with, and I'd have no hesitation in hiring again / recommending to friends and family
