Extremely professional from start to finish. Free home visit with samples, great advice, and made-to-measure shutters. Very honest about timings, and the end result was more than worth the wait. They’ve completely elevated the look and feel of the room. The finish is outstanding and the fit is perfect, literally to the millimetre, with no adjustments needed. Jon and Jake were quick, precise, clean, and a pleasure to have in the house. I’m absolutely delighted with both the shutters and the service. I recently had curtains installed on my bay window by Jon and I couldn’t be happier with the result!
