Actually turned up to give a quote. Great job done. Made me aware of additional issues found and gave options. Sourced another builder to fix found roofing issue for me. Always in contact, Updated bills and full invoicing. Friendly and approachable for questions about the work. It's a messy job grinding out pointing, cleaned up every night after they'd finished. Turned up when they said. Overall very impressed and no complaints or minor issues.
