  Living room repair after damage from leaking drain

  Jonathan was extremely prompt in communicating and providing a quote. He carefully assessed and diagnosed remedial work needed to repair rotted floor boards, underfloor joists and plinths and to remove moldy plaster. He worked efficiently and the results are neat. We felt he wanted to do a good job not just rush to get finished but he also tried hard to fit in with our schedule of works. Much appreciated and a pleasure to deal with.

  Damp investigation and treatment

  Jonathan from JKA Damp proofing responded immediately we contacted him and reviewed the problem of damp in two areas. With his wealth of experience he at once knew what the causes were and how they could be tackled. He gave an estimate for the work and started soon after. He does all the work himself and does not ‘sub’ out. His work was outstanding and he explained each stage as it progressed. He worked tidily and protected all our fixtures and fittings. I wholeheartedly recommend the firm if you have a problem with damp.

  Jonathan and his team did a great job helping with some damp in our entrance hall, downstairs toilet and outside. He was very thorough, tidy, kept me updated and very knowledgable. His communication with me was great and would definitely recommend him.

  Damp patch discovered behind a wardrobe

  John and his team quickly came around to assess the work when I got in touch. They identified where the damp was coming from and fixed the wall. They were very professional and careful. All carpets were protected straight away, they left the room tidy and clean at the end of the job.

  Damp proofing interior and rendering exterior of property.

  Jonathan went above and beyond in every aspect of the work. I spent a lot of time researching damp proofers and Jonathan came highly recommended wherever I looked. We had several companies come round to quote and by far Jonathan was the most professional and knowledgeable about the works required. The work itself was completed to a high standard as he is very conscientious and he kept me updated throughout. Jonathan worked around my timings which was great and he really got me out of a bind. He was extremely fair priced and i would really recommend him to anyone.

  Damp proofing of the bay window wall

  Jonathan and his team did an excellent job on our damp proofing works! He is a very clear communicator and provided us with high quality and timely craftsmanship. We can’t wait to paint the new plastering … the project completely transformed the room!
