Had repeated problems with leaky roof valley. These pleasant, hard working guys came out next day and we've now been through some heavy rain spells with no more water through the ceiling! They used more modern materials than previous people, and seem to keep up to date with the latest training and materials. Can recommend.

They replaced a concrete tiled roof that was 45+ years old, with broken ridge tiles and damp seeping through. The wooden battens used were significantly larger than the original Wimpey ones, and as part of the job they removed our solar panels and refitted them afterwards. The whole job was completed completed very quickly and thoroughly. Very satisfied with the finished job.

We had concrete tiled roof on for 50plus years and it needed replacing due to moss and damp seeping through. They also strengthened the rafters and added extra insulation. They are perfectionists and have completed a thorough job. We couldn't be more pleased at the result.

Had these people out to carry out work to dorma roof, the materials used is substandard and left without finishing the work or tidying up after themselves. The rubber is only fixed on with trimming and have left without it being sealed correctly although they state the work is complete. Would not recommend to anyone!

Cheap covering used more like a pond liner. Liner not glues down. Several ripples. Water not draining off Missing tiles on front Boards not secured or lined up. Roof lining damaged Tiles missing allowing water ingress Survey report to follow Roofing work also carried out next door still substandard plus water running on to our roof leaving puddles from next door. Not turned up to sort problem out

The work was done efficiently and to a good standard. My only disappointment was that the agreed price was suddenly added too as a result of Joe telling me that the framework needed strengthening and quoted a very high price on top of that already agreed, when I gasped at the extra amount it was reduced instantly by 25%. I still considered this excessive but as had no tiles on my roof agreed to the extra. I feel that I should have been warned about this likely extra cost and the amount.
