  We had various surprise plumbing issues to resolve after moving into our house. John was the first to respond, was totally reliable in terms of his communication and doing what he said he would, and when. The jobs took several visits and he put a lot of thought into how to resolve some tricky items. He did a great job and it was hugely appreciated by us.
