Professional service provided. Quick and efficient, good value for money! An awkwardly situated leaking bath tap was replaced by JJ services, no issues and I am very happy with the job provided!

After discovering a damaged pipe caused by a mouse, we contacted this Jay. He got back to us quickly and made the effort to come out the next day to sort the issue. The repair was done efficiently and professionally, and we had our water back on that evening. Good communication and friendly service.

Where do I start, Jay came and was excited to get started and told us everything we wanted to hear in regards to doing the job and to a high standard. Boy did we make a mistake, jay had more days off than working days, called to say he would be workman’s then not turn up or turn up late afternoon. When doing our upstairs bathroom the sink was taken out and water was left dripping for 5 days whilst no one was working and our hallway ceiling collapsed. The job still wasn’t finished and we ended up having to get someone else to finish the job we had already paid to be done.

Really good lad done what was expected kept to his promise and came back to fix a snag when most traders just leave you hanging around would highly recommend good lad
