Was meant to complete job but stopped responding about job and didn't turn up. No further communication as to why

Quick to get in contact and quote from pictures I sent. Easy communication, and came to do the job within 24 hrs. Neat and tidy job connecting the hose in the kitchen and drilling through to the outside garden wall. Connected up the new tap to the hose attachments for me.
