John did a great job fixing several issues in my rather old bathroom, including removing an old shower unit from the wall; improving the water supply to my bath taps; installing new taps and shower head & rail; and installing a new shower screen. He also completely replaced the ancient flush mechanism in my loo cistern. He is a very honest and friendly chap, and is always willing to discuss options and possible solutions. He works efficiently, and is generally tidy, and his workmanship was excellent. I now have a shower that works properly and a nicer bathroom that I am very happy with.

I had both of my bathrooms renovated by John & John last summer, and I’m really pleased with the results. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional. They communicated clearly throughout the process, offered helpful suggestions when I wasn’t sure about certain design choices. It’s now been 7 months since the work was completed, and everything still looks and works perfectly!
