The immersion heater had failed and Mr Mcrae came immediately, on a Sunday, to replace the old immersion heater Outstanding service and leaving no mess. How rare to find a tradesman who will put himself out to help with such promptness. I am very grateful to him, he is a credit to Checkatrade.

Jack contacted us by phone on the morning of the appointment as he was able to fit the work in earlier if it was convenient for us. He was very respectful and understanding of the homeowner's needs, asking if tools / equipment would be in our way. After the shower was installed he ensured we were clear on how it worked, gave advice on the best setting options and checked that we had no further questions.Nice neat job!

A very helpful and professional service. Following a leak in my bathroom I found JJM plumbing on check a trade. After a telephone conversation, he was quick to come round and do an assessment and arrange an appointment to repair the leaking pipe, he provided me with lots of options and advice, he was incredibly helpful and informative. I cannot recommend his service enough and would definitely call him again for any future plumbing improvements or emergencies.
