  Came and sorted out my rather large garden with multiple lawns after my usual gardeners lawn mower broke. All cut beautifully and left no waste at all! Super efficient and came out short notice.

  Clearing brambles and digging out roots in garden

  Jason & John from J&J were very communicative, and did a great job clearing some tricky bramble roots from our garden. They were very thorough, and kept checking in with me throughout the job to see if I was happy with how it was going. Would definitely use them again. They arrived slightly later than planned due to a puncture on their van, but kept me updated so it wasn’t an issue at all.

  Unreliable, unprepared, & do not take instruction

  RE: several gardening tasks, e.g., hedge/tree trimming, lawn, etc. They were late, took too long to do the job, & didn't have the correct equipment (despite seeing it in advance). I agreed to 1 task being done later in the week due to forgetting equipment, but they refused to complete the other tasks that day despite having the equipment. On the 2nd day, they started w/out consulting me. When I tried to communicate on hedge length, they were shouty & condescending & left without completing it. They don't take instruction well, aren't prepared, & were unprofessional. My garden looks bad.

  Got the job done

  Lovely guys, very pleasant. Was able to carry out the work I needed within a short space of time. Cleared all the garden waste including bricks and paving slabs. Levelled the whole area and left everything very tidy. Would recommend.
