    I was very impressed with James as he actually took photos of inside the loft & showed me what needed doing. Kept me informed with videos & pictures. It turned out a much bigger job than he said & I totally accepted that. What I didn't expect was the state they left my loft space & outside front garden in which had mature shrubs which were totally destroyed where the men had chucked the felting & slates down. I discussed the situation with James ,held back money for the cost of replacing it all. Besides that the only piece of guttering is put back incorrectly , the rain is pouring over the top

    Sorry you feel this way we put a new roof on for you. Your front garden was a little bit untidy. We cleaned everything you complained about some shrubs being damaged. We told you we would give you £300 to pay for new shrubs. You said no and did not pay us in full the rest of the money what you owed for the project.

    Gutters left leaking , subcontractors used

    I was specifically assured John Jenkins would be on site, but he never attended. The worker on site advised the team were subcontractors. After completion there were workmanship issues (including gutter bends fitted incorrectly, causing worse leaking than before). I also did not receive the drone survey / other services that were discussed. Once I had paid the invoice in full (same day) the company did not return to put matters right, despite the warranty stated on the invoice. With the person who quoted not attending , complaint handling was difficult .

    Sorry you feel that way you had a number of trades people there that day you had issues with your plumber you had issues with the other trades guy. You did not pay us the full amount that was agreed. You were very abusive to my employees and aggressive. They tried three times to come back there and help you out and each time you got there you were aggressive to them and my employee said they would not work for you

    J Jenkins roofing was very helpful in the repair to my roof they replaced my ridge tiles and a few broken tiles they also replaced my fascia/soffits and gutter! James was easy to deal with and very well communicated throughout the job and his lads did an amazing job😃 Highly recommended.

    James from J Jenkins Roofing came out to have a look at my roof, we had a small leak of what we thought and turned out to be a bigger job than expected. James and his team advised us of the work that would need to be done and what would need to be replaced at a competitive cost. From previous quotes J Jenkins roofing was the most reasonable and worked for us. The job has now been completed efficiently. Amazing team. Highly recommend

    J Jenkins roofing did a fantastic job for me. They were very efficient, punctual and their communication was excellent. It was a big job and they had it all done in the time frame they said. I would highly recommend them great guys
