James has done previous work for me so I know his standards and when one of the security lights failed I naturally called him to discuss the situation. We agreed on the replacement of one light and swapping one light with a brighter one. James was on the case and as usual the work is of a very high standard, good quality fixtures used and everything left clean and tidy and the guys were super polite and friendly. I never give 10/10 however - James answered the phone personally (not voicemail!) agreed a time, arrived when promised. Did a swift and tidy repair and didn't overcharge me. Nothing dramatic, just a prompt, faultless, and courteous service. I wish every tradesman could match it.
