John arrived exactly on time and used dust sheets to protect my floor where he placed his equipment. He had to make a couple of trips to a hardware store, to be able to complete the job, but I am certain that he did a good job. I think the radiator is now more securely fixed to the wall than it was originally. John checked that I was happy with his workmanship and that the radiator worked in its new location before he left.
