My rental property - paint hall stairs/fit carpet runnerand bars - ok job, top stair finish poor Fix new glass shower door - on closer inspection awful workmanship- shoddy finishing of sealant and cracked 2 tiles and didnt inform me. Fitted new vinyl flooring in bathroom - ok job Removed kitchen coving and replaced section of kitchen ceiling - ok job Couldnt find leak in bathroom when 2 other people could find reason straight away slow to respond and had to wait for him to fit me. wouldn't recommend him done over 6 months
