Extremely easy and pleasant to deal with from the initial site visit to providing the quote and keeping us informed. Started when they said they would, always turned up every day early and kept the site clean and tidy, at the end of the day you wouldn’t have known they had been. Excellent service and workmanship from Justin and his crew, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

We had a full roof replacement - Justin and Nick were totally excellent from start to finish. Meticulous work, quality materials, totally trustworthy, fair pricing, always on time, even in terrible weather, cleaned up totally at the end and even gave the windows a wash! Highly recommended.

We had an issue with our roof following the recent bad weather. Having been recommended Justin from a friend, I would highly recommend him. Nothing was a problem and his communication throughout the job was exceptional. Very happy with the work and would have no hesitation recommending to others.

My roof is large and complicated in design. It includes 4 dormer windows which have been re roofed and cladded. The chimney has had new flashing, chimney pot and cowl. The result is a beautiful new roof which is not only good to look at but benefits from the latest materials and efficiency designs. Justin is always professional, reliable and does what he says he will do.

JJ Brophy fitted a roof light and some new guttering and fascia for us. They were very quick, professional and friendly. When the recent rains revealed that a couple of broken tiles (caused by the scaffolders?) had caused a leak, JJ and his team came and replaced them free of charge and a couple of other broken tiles they found whilst they were up there. They did this despite being snowed under with other work. Would definitely use them again. Thoroughly recommend.

JJ was recommended to me by another tradesman, and carried out repairs to a Victorian chimney stack for me. I work as a local Architect so I know what good quality craftsmanship looks like, and these guys showed just that. They also showed good communication, and were reliable. So I would be happy to recommend.
