Anthony was fantastic. When my boiler broke down, he came out the very same day. He carried out thorough testing before determining that a replacement was necessary. Anthony quickly ordered the new boiler and had it installed by the third day. I truly appreciate how efficiently he resolved the issue in just a few days. It’s rare these days to find such a reliable engineer who can respond so quickly.

Another service done flawlessly and advice given on the state of the system. Having Anthony maintaining the heating system is simpler and easier than a maintenance contract and he will respond promptly to any problems .

We got our new combi boiler from JJB Electrical and Heating Services 11 years ago and they have serviced it and done fitting a gas hob, sorted out leaky pipes fitted taps etc. for us ever since. Today it was just an annual service and fitting of a mixer tap in the shower. Anthony advised me with the selection of the tap and everything went swimmingly. As always he arrived when he said he would, did the work, tidied after himself and we are all good now. I thoroughly recommend them for boiler, gas and plumbing needs!

Very efficient, professional & friendly service

We’ve used Jay and Anthony for years now - they’ve fitted two boilers for us in different houses and done full rewires. This year we had them back for our annual service and as always, they’re great. Honest, reliable and excellent work.
