Joint of my gutter was in disrepair so during recent heavy rain there was a constant dripping noise on my bay windowsill Jim responded to my request almost immediately and once he had established what the problem was he gave me a price and said he could arrange to send his guys across within a few hours. They came and sorted it and I’m very happy. They were nice decent guys also which always goes down well with me

Contacted Jim through this site. Immediate reply and quotation carried out quickly. Advice given to us. Lovely family run business. When we agreed the work it was carried out within a week/ professional team/ worked continually to finish everything within 3 days. All mess removed. Treated our property with respect. Very friendly . Took photos to show us extent of damage. Gave advice on what needed to be done. Very pleased with the results. Would highly recommend.
