I employed Jim to wallpaper the walls of my stairs and landing, paint the ceiling and paint skirting boards and architraves. My husband had already decorated the area at the bottom of the stairs, before he became ill and Jim was to carry on from where he left off. Even though it was about a 5 year gap between my husband’s work and Jim’s, you would never know. The transition was seamless. Jim arrived at exactly the time he said he would, listened to me and explained the procedure. The final invoice held no surprises - it was as I expected. Jim’s work was careful, tidy and it looks wonderful!🤩

Reliable and calm person / Jim did a top job

I would have no hesitation in recommending Jim to paint/decorate your home; he is a talented painter, even in our home which is an older property with wonky skirtings and walls. His quote was quick in coming, his work was excellent and he tidied the whole area every day when he finished work. He was also recommended by a friend.

Jim did an excellent job of painting two rooms and the repairs were perfect, I was very pleased with the result. I would recommend Jim for any paintwork and any needed repairs, quick and professional work.

Jim Oliver decorated our hall, staircase and landing in October 2025. He did a fantastic job. He arrived on time everyday, kept everything clean and tidy, vacuuming dust as he went along.
