I can’t recommend Jim highly enough. Amazing customer service from booking the appointment to completion of the work. Went above and beyond to fit us in at a convenient time for us. I contacted Jim and spoke with both him and his receptionist on Monday morning regarding my electric oven. By 12pm Jim was at my home in Clifford. He worked out the problem and resolved it right away. My 12 year own Neff oven is now back in fully working order. Very reasonable price. I am so happy with the work I am going to cancel all my appliances covers and go directly to Jim with any future issues. Really great guy with superb knowledge. Jim kept me in the loop on when he would be arriving, came on time, assessed the job quickly, and had the part to repair the oven already in his Van.
