  Replaced oven and hobs

  Excellent Service! I recently had my oven replaced and couldn’t be happier with the service. Jim arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and worked efficiently. He removed the old oven, installed the new one perfectly, and made sure everything was working before leaving. He also cleaned up afterwards, which I really appreciated. Great workmanship and attention to detail — highly recommend!

  Fixing integrated dishwasher

  Engaged with the Jim after a quick text chat. All the arrangements worked perfectly. Jim called before he arrived with good notice. Sorted the job quickly. That said, it was a technical job not something I could’ve done. He clearly knows his way around an appliance and seemed to have worked out what the issue might be before he’d even arrived! Issue fixed. Happier household. In short, Jim had excellent communication, was here when he said he would be, fixed the issue and all in a very personable way, and a reasonable price. Will use again.
