Jack, as always, was incredibly quick and efficient, always really helpful and friendly and always does work to the highest standard.

Although Jack was busy throughout the week he made time to call and fix a leaking pipe in the bathroom, he knew what the problem was from description on the phone. The problem was fixed quickly and with little disruption bathroom tiles survived and even cleaned up afterwards. Jack was friendly and explained everything that needed to be done, so grateful for the work done and would not hesitate to recommend or use him for work in the future should I need to.

Jack and Andy replaced my kitchen tap. They were polite , did a great job, were fairly priced and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Jack did a great job at removing our old and installing our new radiators. Very clean and precise. He was prompt at coming back when one of the radiators needed an extra fitting. Would definitely recommend.

Jack was great! Reliable, good communication, polite, and fairly priced. Jack seems much more conscientious about his work than the plumber I bought my house from - Mike of Mikes Plumbing & Tiling installed a boiler but either didn't use sealant on the condensate pipe or didn't bother checking the pipe; subsequently, the slow leak damaged an interior brick wall. Mike's workmanship here is consistent with his terrible plumbing in the lounge and general bodging around the house. Jack cut and properly joined the pipe and the leak appears to have stopped. I will use Jack again. 5 Stars!

Jack and Andy came to sort out a problem with my hot water not flowing properly in my shower. From first contact on the phone with Jack it was obvious he was very knowledgeable about his trade and asked a lot of questions about the problem. Even with horrible weather conditions they came to sort it out asap. Both guys extremely professional and friendly and were determined to sort the problem however long it would take. All sorted in two hours and one very relieved and happy customer. I don’t normally leave reviews but this service was so excellent I felt I had to.Would highly recommend them.
