All the way, from arranging for Jim to come to quote, to dealing with a query on the quote to the actual installation, Jim’s communication was excellent. Felt he gave me good advice when he came to quote, for which he didn’t charge, nor did I feel pressurised to let him do the work. But I did get Jim to do the work and am glad I did - very happy.

Had a problem with the PCB causing my boiler not to turn on.
I contacted Jim and explained what the issue was over the phone. He was accurately able to diagnose the problem over the phone!
He had the part available so was able to come fix the boiler a few hours after I contacted him.
