  Knows what he is doing.

  Worth the wait for Jamie to start the job. Very bad damp in my conservatory. Jamie found the root cause and temporary remedied that. He then tackled the area of damp taking the plaster off down to the brickwork. He has to return when the damp has dried out so he can replaster and finalise the root cause. This may be a few weeks as the brickwork has to thoroughly dry out. He knows what he is doing, has all the kit required and I am very confident that a) the job so far is progressing satisfactorily and b) the final plastering and other work required will be done to a good standard,

  Jamie has come out to me several times over the last 18 months - always reliable, very honest and doesn't charge for work that doesn't need doing. Jamie has done some re-plastering for me on this occasion, done perfectly.

  damp seeping through skirting board

  I contacted Jamie at short notice as i was impressed by his reviews, as i have damp area and flaking of skirting board in downstairs room. He agreed to come to my home that day to assess. He checked the area and poked around the damaged area and assessed that the cause was a leak from a concealed radiator pipe as combi boiler was also needing top up regular. He immediately contacted a plumber and arranged for him to visit my home the next day. Jamie was very polite and genuine and did not charge me for the call out. definitely a top genuine bloke. i would definitely call him again if needed.

  Condensation problems

  I contacted Jamie regarding damp issues caused by condensation in our kitchen, along with mould spots around the windows. Jamie came out promptly, assessed the problem thoroughly, and explained everything clearly. He recommended the best solution, which included installing a PIV unit in the loft, trickle vents in the windows, and a humidity-controlled extractor fan in the kitchen. Since the work was completed, all of our condensation issues have been completely resolved. We’re extremely happy with the results and the standard of Jamie’s work. He was professional, knowledgeable, and reliable

  Sump pump fitted in crawl space and damp course

  I highly recommend Jamie for any water/drainage or damp solutions. He helped save our property from long term problems. I didn’t know how to resolve the flooding we were experiencing in the crawl space of our house, my mom had to move out because we were so worried. Jamie came up with a solution to fit the sump pump, which was extremely tough job esp in severe weather but Jamie persevered and completed the job which completely solved the problem ! He is very knowledgable and completed good work. Please go to him for your damp solutions! He saved our home !
