  Excellent Builder!

  Fantastic work by Joe & the team. Built a three room summer house, red brick blending in with the main house. Brick work excellent. Came back for a full back garden excavation, laying a two level patio & three step brick/porcelain into the summer house. Works complete exactly to quote, keeping us updated throughout the process as things can inevitably come up - offered great advise. The finished work is excellent, would highly highly recommend.

  Strip out of 800sqft apartment

  Joe and his team were fantastic. They stripped my property back to brick in just three days, working quickly and professionally. He reshuffled his schedule to meet my tight deadline and kept me updated daily with photos. Communication was excellent — he answered all my questions and dealt with any issues that came up. Pricing was fair and transparent, including extras like skips. I’m already hoping to get Joe back for more work. Highly recommended!

  Exceptional Full Renovation

  Joe completed a full renovation of my 3-bed house to a very high standard. This includes asbestos testing, structural openings, plastering, damp & roof remedials, joist replacements, internal reconfiguration, floor levelling, and full joinery. Joe’s work ethic and finish are 10/10. He offers great advice, and keeps the site clean. Always open to changes, he’s a perfectionist who put his heart into the job. Met all deadlines and worked late when needed. Building control signed off with no issues. Joe goes above & beyond. He is knowledgeable & reliable. I highly recommend Joe without hesitation

  Extension Building Works

  J Housley team built a new extension on our business premises. The whole process was very smooth, great communication, good work ethic and a 10/10 finish on all the works. The works carried out involved new foundations, concrete floor, brick work, Indian stone slabbing, demolition and drainage alterations. All the works were carried out in the agreed timescales, within the budget agreed and very clean and stress free. I now recommend Joe to all my friends, family and clients as the process has been very straightforward and he dealt with every aspect of the work.
