Jamaine communicated well explained what would be required to potentially fix the problem. Discussed the process and tested each part of the boiler. Was able to complete job the next day and was polite Would 100 % recommend

The job required organising the visit as well which in this case had involved several parties. Furthermore delivered the good news with no further work required, despite my concerns about its state. I would use their service in the future if we decide to do some heating work. Communications was friendly, patient and reassuring. The explanations were clear and understandable without jargons or too much confusing technical stuff . Even the job required some extra work the end cost was as agreed when booking the job.

Mr Hare is a brilliant tradesman I have used him a few times for different jobs and have always been left satisfied with the work he has carried out. He is very polite and it is clear he takes pride in his work.

Had a fault on my Ideal Logic boiler which stopped hot water and heating. Called out on a Sunday , JH came out within an hour and got the issued identified and sorted in no time. Would recommend and will use again for sure. Thanks for efforts and professionalism.
