Joe was prompt with his communication and open with his charges. Booked an appointment over text and he turned up on time, did the job quickly and easily and assured us we could contact him if we had any further problems. Would definitely use him again in the future.

Joe recently replaced my broken electric shower. He responded quickly to messages and was super speedy sending over a quote and getting me booked in for the repair. Joe did a great job, worked quickly, and was super friendly. It probably sounds overly anxious but as a woman who lives alone I'm a bit cautious about workmen coming into my home, but Joe was absolutely brilliant and I would 100% recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

Wow! Where to start, Jamie is extremely punctual and professional and he carried out all work to an excellent standard. We had our whole bathroom ripped out and re done. Even with us throwing Jamie a few curveballs on the way nothing was too much for him.

First class service from Joe today. Changed an old expansion tank on unvented hot water cylinder, and also removed a broken instant boiling water tap from kitchen and replaced with new conventional tap. All work completed to excellent standard. Joe is efficient, professional, friendly and left everywhere clean and tidy. Great communication before and during the visit. He made the whole process straightforward for me. Highly recommended.
