  The work was to repoint a Victorian house and garden walls in lime mortar. The initial quote was fair and in writing. Communication with Jamie was very good throughout and he checked the work several times. The work was completed to a very high standard, with a great colour match to the existing mortar. Stuart and Josh were a pleasure to have around. They were very reliable, hard working and amenable to any questions I had. The brickwork was washed after the mortaring. They cleaned up daily, including the drives and cars of any neighbours who had been affected by dust during the work.

  Needed whole house repointed and ridge tiles replacing

  I can seriously state Jamie from JH brickwork Swindon and his team were truly exceptional. Nothing too much bother., advised not only on the work that actually needed doing but also work that didn’t. A genuine honest builder, came in at the right price and time frame. Even cleaned up our neighbours property without being asked.. Will use again, already booked

  Repair to Cotswold stone exterior wall

  Hugely recommend Jamie for traditional lime mortar projects. We have a large wall of Cotswold stone facing a main road which was in a very bad state of disrepair. He gave a competitive quote, which he even lowered when he sourced our stone more cheaply without prompting. He was responsive and extremely reliable, tidy, friendly and professional throughout. Both Jamie and his team were a pleasure to have working here at the house. They are clearly experienced with this type of project, and have repaired the stone very skilfully. The new lime mortar looks beautiful. Will definitely use again.

  Repointing of gable end and window tray

  JH Brickwork were excellent from start to finish. Their knowledge was greatly appreciated as works carried out some years previous by another provider had proved to be substandard. Jamie was transparent and honest and very amiable. The chaps that carried out the work treated my mother and her property with respect. Jamie did a final check on the work carried out. Without a doubt I would recommend JH Brickwork.
