  Prompt inspection revealed a large part of the roof was in need of repair. John arranged the scaffolding and within 5 days the roof was fully repaired. They managed to find some weathered tiles, so you would never know that 1/3 of the front house roof had been replaced. Once the scaffolding came down, he returned to deal with the loose tiles on the front door arch promptly, leaving us with a great job done. Many thanks
