  Very friendly to deal with, knew their stuff and got on with the repair. To be fair it wasn’t a complicated job but they fitted me in quickly and completed the job without any fuss which of course was what I wanted.

  Advice regarding costs of removing asbestos cement

  I called John just for some advice regarding the removal of asbestos cement used for undercloaking, and how much this would cost. As someone with no knowledge of roofing he explained it simply and put mind at rest. Quick response, extremely polite, and very helpful. Would recommend

  A number of high level jobs

  Within a couple of days of contacting John he was able to come round and discuss the issues I was having and to propose solutions. He gave me a fair price and a very quick time to begin work. I have a large detached house on which the recently replaced gutters were leaking (work not done by J.Harris), dry verges were required to stem mortar falling and failing mortar from a lead flashing insert was dug out and replaced with the correct filler. Even though it was freezing cold, he and his lads turned up at the agreed date/time and finished the work within the day.

  Replace rotten felt

  We had a leak in our roof around a box window. John came out to take a look and found the issue to be rotten felt. He showed me photos of what he found, explained the issue and how to fix it. They carried out the work quickly and professionally. Hopefully this section of our roof will be leak free for many years to come.

  Roof Inspection and Repairs

  Contacted John as i’d been let down by someone else, and am happy to say John is incredibly reliable, turned up when he said he would, open and honest about what needs to be done, as opposed to giving you a big sales pitch etc i would highly recommend John and J Harris Roofing to anyone, and already planning another job to replace all facias thanks so much John
