I found Tom through this site. Unlike the previous builder he answered his phone, was polite and did a visit and quote within a few days. I needed the work and deep clean done ASAP. He managed to get all the work done to a good standard from the point of fist contact within 6 days. He sent me a video on completion. Wasn’t pushy for a deposit or payment. Then when I needed an emergency electrician he found me one to attend and fix a problem within hours. Allowing me to meet my letting deadline. Bravo Sir.
