Jay came out at short notice to do some investigative works on a bad smell coming from underneath my floorboards that we had been experiencing. Jay came out and identified the issue within 30 minutes and provided some peace of mind of how I can get it sorted.

The owner of the company responded speedily and efficiently to our desperate request for help to repair a leaking pipe on a weekend, after our insurance company failed miserably over the course of almost 3 days in resolving the issue.
