  James & Paul have done an amazing job on our kitchen renovation. They are both professional in their work using their skill, knowledge and patience. Paying attention to detail to ensure that everything is finished to a high standard. New evocore flooring was layed in the kitchen, through to the hallway and into the downstairs w c. Making the whole finish look amazing. I cannot rate James & Paul highly enough. They are polite, courteous and punctual and treat your home with respect. So if you are looking for good reliable tradesmen, then JG Property Maintenance is the choice.

  Installation of new heating system, including radiators and new boiler

  Paul & James were punctual and efficient but as with many plumbing projects, issues were uncovered from previous works. They dealt with these problems really well. They were incredibly tidy and cleaned up at the end of each working day. I would not hesitate in recommending their work to others.

  New kitchen

  Had James and Paul fit a new kitchen for us including reskim walls a lay a new floor and decorate. They kept us informed as the job was progressing and making sure everything was to our liking. James and Paul are very nice trades men and it was a pleasure to have them working in my house being a retired tradesman myself I can vouch for the quality of their work.

  Full bathroom refurb

  This is the second time I’ve used this company and I wasn’t disappointed. James and Paul are fantastic always keeping informed with the job progress. They are super tidy and the work has been carried out to a high standard. If anyone is looking to have their bathroom, kitchen, plastering, plumbing done look no further you will not be disappointed.   I’ve purchased a property that needs a refurb, well I can stress enough how knowledgeable and helpful James and Paul are…! There quality of work is outstanding and my new bathroom looks amazing anyone wanting a new bathroom give these guys a shout you want be disappointed. Thank you so much James and Paul.

  Bathroom refurbishment

  I can not thank James and Paul enough for the work they've recently done on my bathroom. Both gents worked to schedule, quality of work was immaculate and tidy and overall both gents are friendly, honest and reliable tradesman. Would recommend and definitely will be using them again.
