I spoke to Joel over the phone regarding the work required and he was very helpful and informative, he turned up as agreed a few days prior to the work being carried out to check the materials required and ensure I was happy with the agreed plan. Joel was punctual, polite and even took the tie to explain the works and even demonstrate this methods. Joel check I was happy with the work once complete and left the work area cleaner than when he arrived. I have already recommended him to my neighbors and will certainly use him again.

Inspection of roof tiling, ridges soffits and eaves, plus internal visual inspection of roof space for possible leak sources

Joel attended on time visually inspected all areas where the damp/leak may have originated. He also inspected the adjoining roof space to see if the same problem existed there. No leaks were found and the conclusion was the wet areas in the roof sapce on the wall bording were caused by the atmospheric conditions due to long spells of heavy rain and no chance of drying out via ventilation. No actual work carried out. I paid £25 cash as a call out fee. I asked for a recipt to submit to my home emergency company via email on12 Nov, text 20 Nov, again on 23. I have had no response.

Mr. Hope repaired my flat roof to an excellent standard.He is a very clean worker ,very professional and friendly.I would recommend him to anyone.
