I was mega impressed with this company. They were easy to contact and returned calls when they said they would. Jon arrived to do the job which was a complex stretching of our landing and hall carpet. He was excellent - very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would have NO hesitation at recommending him and will do so to friends and family. I will also use him again when required.

Excellent communication, friendly helpful and patient helping me to choose the right optio. Jon made the process stress free. He kept me updated with the dates he could come for the installation and was flexible around other work we were having done. The work itself was done professionally and to an excellent standard. Above all Jon was very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend highly.
