  Porch Revamp

  Simon and Josh at JFW have been fab. They came and gave me an extremely competitive quote for a porch revamp. I had already had 3 quotes that were way over my budget. Simon gave me a price I was happy with. I paid a deposit and Simon communicated throughout when they had to change the install date by a couple of days as the order had not been fully fulfilled. Josh came and installed the porch and took the old one apart and took it away for disposal. It looks so much better now. I am very please. There were a couple of snagging issues which were rectified within 24hrs. Excellent job.

  Would highly recommend Josh and his team!

  Excellent company, would highly recommend! My elderly mum needed a new front door, after posting the job on here I was contacted by Simon who made an appointment to come and see us. He went through the different types of doors and we settled on a composite door. We were kept up to date on the doors lead time as it had to be ordered specially. Josh fitted the door with his colleague. They were both extremely courteous and did an excellent job, they left everywhere clean and tidy. They also addressed a problem with patio doors that were catching at no additional cost. Many thanks ☺️

  Had my doors fitted today. What can I say? They have really brightened up the hallway & back entrance. Joshua did an excellent job. Not only did he clean up after himself, but he also wiped the doors. You can tell he takes pride in his work. The quality of the work is outstanding. Customer service was excellent. 10/10.

  Windows replacement

  Josh and his team replaced all of our windows. They were punctual, well mannered and hard working guys. The whole process from start to finish ran smoothly and communication was excellent. Pricing is very competitive. A couple of the windows needed some minor adjustment, but this was resolved quickly. Due to the temperature at the time we were struggling to close our porch door, which was not fitted by Josh, but he realised we were having problems shutting it and kindly fixed the issue. We are very satisfied with the windows up to now. We would recommend JFW.

  Converted a window to double French doors leading to the garden

  From the initial contact with JFW the process of arranging a visit, pricing, what’s included, what’s not or optional, was clear and competitive. The guys turned up on the day, were courteous, professional, and completed the job timely after completely clearing the area of all waste. Will definitely be asking for quotes on any future work and highly recommend JFW.
