  Jack is the plumber we trust now

  Jack and his team have done several jobs for us in the last couple years, moved boiler from bedroom to kitchen, helped design and fitted new bathroom and most recently serviced boiler. They are knowledgeable and competent and they do take pride in their work which shows in the quality of what they do. We're happy we've found a plumber & team we will trust for years to come

  Underfloor heating system install

  We have used Jack several times in the past for repairs and serviceing. This was a large project, underfloor heating system for whole of ground floor ( hallway, kitchen, dining room, living room and extension). Jack and his team undertook the task in a professional and methodical way overcoming problems (1930's house) without any fuss. Very happy with end result, was also ontime and budget. I can confirm Jack can take on any size job from simple reapirs to large projects - well done Jack, many thanks.

  Replace valve on cold water tank, which had been overflowing

  Leak from w/c

  Jack has done several jobs for us, each to a very high standard. The most recent was resolving a leak in the downstairs w/c. Compared to other plumbers we've had in the past he's a refreshing change, will be using him again.

  Boiler service, frequent water re-supply for pressure. Remove and dispose of WC and basin units

  I had to re-supply water to the boiler weekly to increase the pressure. Jack suspected the combi butyl diaphragm needed air. Jack did an excellent service. Re-applied air, clean the siphon and magnetic filter. He is very meticulous and brought my boiler back in top top condition 10-stars! I needed to remove the WC and basin incl units. Dan was quick and efficient having to "live" cap the active cold and hot water pipes, we had trouble finding the main water supply stopcock. Excellent work, cleaned up the area after, 10-stars! Despite a busy schedule Jack arranged a convenient time.
