We have a Stuart Turner shower pump. The pump has developed a fault which stops it turning off. Although under warranty, new rules require separate isolation valves installed to safely turn the water off to remove the pump for warranty repairs. J Ford provided plumber to complete the work. We now have new valves with a lever to safely turn the hot/cold shower valves on/off. Very happy with the workVerified reviewerJob location: KT210 Great Service

Excellent service on a difficult job as it was not at all clear how to turn off the cold water inflow. It turned out there were two of them, one without stopcock or any leaver. John was great servicing the boiler and Adam was brilliant and fitting a leave to the newly discovered cold water input pipe and installing a new shower. Job location: KT19J Ford continue to provide us with execellent service. Jack has serviced our boiler for years, its getting passed its best. A major component of the boiler failed and Jack could have easily said time to replace the whole boiler but, he undertsood our situtaion and found parts for our ageing boiler. Within a few days we had hot water again.10 Leak on Radiator
