We loved Joseph and the guys. The work they did was of a high quality and Joseph kept us informed at every stage, some of the best communication we’ve had from a trade. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the work and left the site tidy at the end of each day. We contacted JFM Rooflines to arrange a new roof. This followed an emergency repair to our ridge tiles they did for us 6mth ago. We chose them due to their 5* reviews. Joseph came to discuss and reinforced in detail what to expect with an approx wait time. He contacted us with a start date some weeks later. We were impressed with their organisation and efficiency, everything went smoothly. Joseph communication was very good. The lads were all very polite and respectful. Everything was left tidy especially at the end of the job. The work looks very good and we were very happy with the results.
