Friendly, efficient, good work

Tradesman communicated promptly and politely from quote to booking of work. He promised a time and arrived 15 mins early, which was nice. He waited patiently for me to get my cats safely in a room so he could do his work. He worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up well after himself. I am very pleased with the work and so are my cats! Would use again and would recommend.
