Very proactive in chasing up the business. Arranged for a 12.00 appointment, received a message at 12.01 saying running a bit late, will keep me posted, that was the last communication I received.

Boiler run out of oil and wouldn’t start after oil delivery. Rang on a Thursday evening and was kindly talked through the steps to bleed the system. Came out the next day to sort out boiler pressure. A couple of days later, the boiler stopped working again (due to running dry previously), came out with 2 days but unfortunately proved a pain to get going as he trouble shot every possible issue. Part of the issue was faulty fuel pump which Jay sourced and collected late in the day. Boiler still wouldn’t start but still persevered and got the issued solved. Highly recommended.

JF Heating & Plumbing did an excellent job on our bathroom. We were really impressed with the quality of service and attention to detail. They made the process really painless and communication was great throughout. Would definitely recommend.

Had Jay complete our family bathroom and ensuite in our house recently. He completed this to a high standard and on time and budget. Nothing was and issue with the couple of unexpected issues with our old house. We also took advantage of Jay to service our oil boiler and repair the heating where another engineer couldn't find the issue. Will be recommending Jay to family and friends.

Turned up on time, cleaned up every night, very pleased with the work.
