JFHeating have just helped us out of a heating crisis. James and his colleague installed a new boiler for us 5 years ago. Great price, quality, friendly work. We have JFHeating on contract for an annual service but have just experienced a failure of our heating system to fire up. James was able to respond to our request for help the same day identifying the problem and replacing a 3-way valve actuator on our legacy system. My wife and I hope to retain a lifetime relationship with JFHeating.

Our CH system has 2 Zones controlled by hive thermostats. The main radiator system became stuck on and would not respond to Hive instructions. We checked the basics like batteries and water pressure. The only way to control it was to switch the boiler off manually. As it sits in the loft this was an awkward and only provided a short term temporary solution. James contacted me promptly and came that day. He replaced the zone valve and it was soon back up and running. He was polite, helpful and completed the job quickly.
