JFE plumbing helped me choose the correct toilet to order and was excellent with responsive communication. On the day of fitting he was polite and the finish was immaculate. He also repaired a toilet seat which has very rusty nuts.

Jack came out to sort out the valves in our airing cupboard that were stuck. He has since been back to repair the soil pipe in our bathroom. Very efficient and courteous . I would recommend the company.

Taps were fitted quickly and efficiently, a good price and a really polite young man. Thank you, will definitely use this company again.

JFE fixed the leak between my bath top and shower screen by fitting a new seal .strip.This seems like a straightforward job but the first attempt leaked and Jack had to source a second strip. Jack came the day after contacting me and was prompt, helpful and keen to ensure that the job was done right. I can thoroughly recommend JFE. My problem was with Checkatrade. I found their chat facility impossible to use as I could never get the number they sent to enable sending an email . Very frustrating and meant I had to contact firms direct. .
