Jack was absolutely brilliant. We had a leak from the bathroom waste somewhere between the top floor and the ground floor. We've had a plumber out before who said he found the problem, and didn't, but Jack was tireless in finding out where the problem was, and then finding a way to fix it. It was a really fiddly and difficult job, and he got it done. His communication was brilliant, and he is without doubt the best plumber we've ever had. 10/10 would recommend.

Contacted myself about replacing kitchen tap and gave myself a price, then I decided we needed a new waste as well, so asked for it to be done as well, gave me a new quote which I accepted and initially gave me a date, but had to come bit later which was no issue. He came and sorted it out,job done.

Very processional service. Great communication. Quick turnaround of appointment within 4 days of connecting on Checkatrade. It was no problem at all for Jack to make the necessary changes to the waste and work surface. Area was left clean and tidy after completion of the work. Would not hesitate to use Jack again.

Jack communicated well, did the job on the arranged day, did a really good job and was such a pleasant and nice guy to have in our house. He fitted a toilet and was able to fix our kitchen taps while he was here too. Nothing was too much trouble for him, his charges were reasonable and he left everything clean and tidy. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jack.
