JFE fixed the leak between my bath top and shower screen by fitting a new seal .strip.This seems like a straightforward job but the first attempt leaked and Jack had to source a second strip. Jack came the day after contacting me and was prompt, helpful and keen to ensure that the job was done right. I can thoroughly recommend JFE. My problem was with Checkatrade. I found their chat facility impossible to use as I could never get the number they sent to enable sending an email . Very frustrating and meant I had to contact firms direct. .

Jack was absolutely brilliant. We had a leak from the bathroom waste somewhere between the top floor and the ground floor. We've had a plumber out before who said he found the problem, and didn't, but Jack was tireless in finding out where the problem was, and then finding a way to fix it. It was a really fiddly and difficult job, and he got it done. His communication was brilliant, and he is without doubt the best plumber we've ever had. 10/10 would recommend.
